On December 22, H.E. Mr. Ni Ruchi, Ambassador of China in Bahrain, met with H.E.Yaser Bin Ebrahim Humaidan, Minister of Electricity and Water Affairs, during which the two sides exchanged views on deepening the Belt and Road Energy Partnership. Counselor Li Baoan and others were present.

H.E. Mr. Ni said that China-Bahrain relation has been elevated to a new level this year. China welcomes Bahrain to join the ‘Belt and Road’ Energy Partnership to promote further cooperation in the field of energy, and hopes that Bahrain will participate in the 7th China-Arab States Expo to be held in 2025 to promote cooperation between Chinese and Bahraini energy enterprises.

H.E.Yaser fully affirmed the contribution made by Chinese energy enterprises in Bahrain, and welcomed more Chinese enterprises to Bahrain and deepen practical cooperation in the field of energy.
